The studio is a compact space at just 80 square meters. Just take the elevator to the 6th floor and then walk up one flight. The rooftop apartment is a streamlined retreat from the busy streets of Cuenca and exudes peace and quiet in a relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The Modernist design is crisp and clean and dominated by 180 degrees of wraparound, floor-to-ceiling plate glass windows.

The Apartment comes completely furnished with all bed linens, towels, washcloths and the kitchen is outfitted with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cups, bowls and plates. Included is a Microwave, Toaster oven, Toaster, Blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are also included. as is a washing machine and dryer and a gas heater for those chilly mornings.
For your entertainment there is a 32" television, DVD player and a stereo radio that also plays CDs. along with a complement of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment .
